Who we are

pebzy is operated by Tollemache Group Pty Ltd (ABN 95 683 886 535, ACN 683 886 535), Australia (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at dylan@toldyouicoulddoit.com.

The service

The public Shopify App Store product runs inside Shopify Admin. After an authorised staff member chooses a Shopify-billed plan, it provides Shopify reports and an owner chat about sales, stock, orders, customers, fulfilments, and returns. It starts with read-only access. If the owner later grants an optional supported Shopify write permission,pebzy presents a proposal and waits for explicit, per-action confirmation before executing it.

The public App Store product does not provide a standalone dashboard, external merchant-chat channels, a support inbox, customer-message drafting or sending, advertising management, or email-campaign management. Existing legacy or separately contracted custom accounts may have selected integrations under their own disclosed scope; those integrations are not included in the public Shopify App Store plan or linked from its embedded interface.

Your account and authorisation

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. By connecting Shopify, or a separately offered legacy/custom platform integration, you authorise pebzy to access that account on your behalf for the purposes described in these terms and our Privacy policy. You may disconnect supported legacy/custom integrations, uninstall the public Shopify app, or close your account at any time. You are responsible for reviewing each proposal, including amounts, recipients, order identifiers, and, where applicable to a legacy/custom integration, advertising budgets, before you confirm it.

Acceptable use

• Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• Don’t use pebzy to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Platform compliance

Your use of data from connected platforms is also governed by those platforms’ terms. For existing legacy/custom accounts with a separately enabled Google connection, our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including the Limited Use requirements). For existing legacy/custom accounts with a separately enabled Meta connection, our use of Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Terms. You agree to comply with the Google Ads, Meta, and Shopify policies that apply to your own accounts. pebzy acts on your instructions for Shopify reporting and confirmed Shopify actions, plus any separately contracted legacy/custom connection described above.

Merchant data processing terms

For shopper personal data received from Shopify, the merchant is the controller or business andpebzy is the processor or service provider. You instruct us to process that data only to provide the features you select and the actions you request. You are responsible for your lawful basis, shopper notices, consent choices, and instructions.

We will limit processing to those documented instructions and applicable law, apply the security and retention controls described in our Privacy policy, limit staff access, bind service providers to applicable data-protection terms, assist with authenticated data-subject and security requests, and delete or return data as described in the policy. Our listed providers may process data where they operate. Contact us if you require a separate data-processing addendum for applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy is incorporated into these terms and explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to delete it.

Billing, cancellation, and termination

Paid plans purchased through the Shopify App Store are billed in advance on a recurring basis only through Shopify App Pricing. pebzy does not direct an App Store merchant to an external payment method. Plans include the displayed 30-day “smart help” allowance. After that allowance, responses may continue at a gentler pace and store-change suggestions can pause; exceptionally high or automated use can pause access until renewal. We do not add usage overage charges. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect under the applicable provider’s billing rules. If account deletion triggers immediate cancellation of a Shopify App Pricing subscription, pebzy requests proration. Shopify alone determines whether a credit is available and its amount, timing, and application. pebzy does not issue off-platform refunds or promise a credit, except where required by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, you can request export or deletion of your data as described in our Data deletion page.

Confirmed actions and third-party platforms

A confirmation authorises us to send the displayed action to Shopify or, for an existing legacy/custom account, its separately enabled platform. Some confirmed actions are difficult or impossible to reverse, including refunds and cancellations. Platform processing can also fail or complete after a delay. Public App Store merchants must check the result in Shopify when the service marks an action for review.

Disclaimers and liability

pebzy is provided “as is”. We don’t warrant that third-party platform data is complete or accurate because we report it as received. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which the Company is registered, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
